Royal Paper Products Changes Name to AmerCareRoyal
All Royal Paper Products, Inc. company references will now refer to AmerCareRoyal, LLC
Dear Valued Customer:Since the inception of AmerCareRoyal in 2017, the company has grown to include offices and shipping locations across the U.S. and Canada to support our customers. With sales of over 6,000 SKUs across a variety of product categories, the company continues to grow organically and through acquisition.
In our continued effort to optimize operating efficiencies, we would like to notify you that on January 1, 2019 we will be referencing AmerCareRoyal on all invoices, shipping documents and other corporate documents originally stating Royal Paper Products, Inc. Some of these changes have been put into effect in certain areas of our business already. By means of this letter, we wanted to let you know, officially, we will be referred to as AmerCareRoyal, LLC. and no longer as Royal Paper Products, Inc.
As part of this name change, we have included additional documents in this email package. An updated banking information memo and a new W-9 form have been enclosed. Please make sure this information is passed along through your organization to the appropriate departments where corporate name changes need to be identified. Announcements regarding official name changes for other segments of AmerCareRoyal will be forthcoming as we continue to consolidate our internal systems.
