Scott Milberg

Chief Executive Officer

Scott was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in 2020. Previously, Scott helped lead the Royal team through a 2011 financial recap and 2016 sale and merger transaction that created AmerCareRoyal in 2016. Scott oversees major corporate decisions, as well as managing the overall day to day operations and resources for AmerCareRoyal. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from West Chester and an associate’s degree in entrepreneurship from Johnson and Wales University.

Ty King

Chairman of the Board

Prior to joining AmerCareRoyal, Ty spent 23 years with AmerCare, shaping the company vision, mission and culture. As part of AmerCareRoyal, Ty focuses on M&A activities for the company. Ty received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

David Durandt

Chief Financial Officer

Dave was hired as Chief Financial Officer of AmerCareRoyal in 2020. Prior to joining ACR Dave held CFO roles in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Non-Profit organizations. Dave began his career at General Motors and held roles in finance, business development and strategy at Campbell Soup and Avery Dennison, amongst others. Dave graduated with an MBA from McGill University in Montreal Canada and also holds an MS in Change Management from Oxford-Said Business School.

Chip Oxendine

Chief Operations Officer

Chip brings broad experience from several industry verticals: financial services, ecommerce, medical products, manufacturing, aerospace/defense and retail where he has led companies from startups, early stage, mature and then to merger and acquisition. Chip holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Brett Barnello

Chief Supply Chain Officer

In 2020 Brett joined AmerCareRoyal as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Brett has over 20 years’ experience and is a veteran in the food manufacturing and supply chain space. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY College at Fredonia and a Master of Business Administration from SUNY University at Buffalo.

Jeff DeSandre

Chief Integration Officer

Jeff joined AmerCareRoyal as Chief Integration Officer in 2019. Prior to this, he served in various leadership positions at both First Quality Enterprises and CSS Industries. Jeff holds a B.A. degree from The College of New Jersey, maintains a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute, and is ITIL Foundation certified by ITIL/IT Service Management.

Jon Marzetta

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jon joined AmerCareRoyal in June 2018 as Vice President of Distribution Sales. Prior to joining AmerCareRoyal, Jon built 20+ years of experience in the field of sales and sales management within the foodservice channel. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. In June of 2020 Jon was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading enterprise wide sales and marketing efforts.

Joseph Falcetta

VP of Human Resources

Joe Falcetta joined AmerCareRoyal in May 2018. Prior to joining AmerCareRoyal, Joe held human resources leadership positions at Armstrong World Industries, Astra Zeneca, Campbells Soup and Monsanto. Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering , an MSc. in Business and a doctorate in Organizational Communications from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California.

Adam Milberg

Vice President of Supply Chain

Prior to the role of Vice President of Supply Chain, Adam was the Director of Imports for Royal Paper Products, Inc and Chief Supply Officer for AmerCareRoyal. Adam brings 16 years of experience within the foodservice industry and a thorough understanding of international supply chains. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Muhlenberg College.
